Order Your Balloons

Once you find the perfect balloon, click the Add to Cart button to set up your order.

Each balloon centerpiece has two rows of four latex balloons with a foil balloon on top. On the order page, you can leave comments to let us know what color latex balloons you’d like. If you don’t have a preference, leave it blank, and we’ll choose what best coordinates with the foil balloon.

You can always call, text, or email us to discuss your purchase before or after ordering. Don’t hesitate to let us know what you want.

Receive Your Balloon Centerpiece

After ordering, schedule your balloon for pickup or delivery at your convenience. Many orders are eligible for same-day pickup and delivery.

Return Policy

Return Policy for Centerpiece Balloons

At Centerpiece Balloons, we strive to make every celebration soar with our high-quality balloons and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific return policy to ensure clarity and satisfaction for our customers.

Non-Returnable Item  

Balloons are perishable and often customized for your order (e.g., helium-filled, personalized designs, or specific delivery timing). As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:  

- Delivered balloon arrangements or bouquets.  

- Custom-made or personalized balloon orders.  

- Helium-filled balloons, as they are time-sensitive and begin to deflate naturally after delivery. We are not currently offering helium-filled balloons.

Defective or Incorrect Orders  

We take pride in our work and want your experience to be perfect! If your balloons arrive damaged, defective (e.g., popped or deflated upon delivery), or do not match your order (e.g., wrong colors or design), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Here’s what to do:  

- Contact Us: Reach out via (806) 853-7027 or contact@centerpieceballoons.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.  

- Provide Evidence: Include a photo of the defective or incorrect item(s) to help us resolve the issue quickly.  

- Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit. Replacements are subject to availability and delivery schedules.

Delivery Issues 

If your balloons were not delivered as scheduled or were delivered to the wrong address due to our error, please notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time. We’ll work with you to make it right, which may include rescheduling delivery or issuing a refund.

Please be aware that hospitals/care facilities will not accept latex balloon deliveries if a patient on the floor has a latex allergy. The hospital/care facility may accept the balloons\ centerpiece without the latex balloons or may refuse the delivery all together. We are not responsible for alterations to our balloon centerpieces or refusals of delivery made by hospitals/care facilities. Please check with the hospital/care facility for their latex balloon policy before ordering.

Cancellations  

- Orders can be canceled for a full refund, minus credit card processing fees, if requested at least 8 hours before the scheduled delivery time.  

- Cancellations made after this window but before preparation begins may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, subject to a 20% cancellation fee.  

- Once balloons are prepared or delivered, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.

Customer Errors  

If an order cannot be delivered or completed due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal of delivery), we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. Please double-check all details when placing your order!
